So here’s the story behind Searchlk.com. This whole thing started really small — just a bunch of us talking about how annoying it was to find proper job listings in Sri Lanka. We tried all those job websites. Too many ads, old posts that were already closed, or just too complicated to use on the phone. It was frustrating.
We thought — why not make something simple? Something clean. Just jobs, nicely listed, categories that make sense, and easy to search. That’s all. No drama.
We’re not some big tech company. It’s a passion project, built with real effort, after hours, and with a lot of back-and-forth. Honestly, we just wanted to build something that actually works for people like us — someone looking for a government job, a private job, or even a starting internship.
We keep the site updated often, we test it on our own phones, and we try to keep it minimal and fast. If something feels off, we usually fix it the same day.
Our goal is to make your job hunt less of a headache. That’s it.
